I am 3 cm dilated, 50% effaced (or as the doctor said "thinned out"), and the baby is at zero station... though it was noted that the doctor at 34 weeks put me at +1 or +2 station. (If that's really where I was, it may explain the "early" pregnancy walking, previously referenced.)
We have located a trampoline in our ward and may be utilizing that in the near future... ;D
