We decided to bless Addie the first Sunday in July, which would mean we would be able to have my family close by and Chris' mom and sisters with us. It would also be our last Sunday in Williamsburg...
About a week before the blessing Chris "suggested" and sold his sister Marne` on the idea of her driving down with her husband James and daughter Olivia and being here for the weekend.

On Saturday, we took a little trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was a lot of fun. Dora was sung to by a "colonial slave" and I think she loved it.
(Talk about Capital Punishment!!)One thing I will miss about Williamsburg is seeing guys dressed like you see below at Subway, Food Lion, etc. The first time I saw one of these guys at the store I had to do a double-take...

We were able to have a good visit with all of the family, and it was nice to have so many (though not all) of our loved ones with us when we blessed Addie.
(This isn't everyone... Marne` & family left after Sacrament, as did a few other close family friends who live quite a ways away and had to face the holiday traffic)

She may not be very happy in these pictures, but she sure is cute! ;)
It is always fun to have family in town. They all look happy to see her!!
